This Raque mixer/filler ran on our hummus production line. It combines a 350-gallon jacketed mixing hopper with a five-head servo-driven piston filler, so it mixes and deposits product in one step. The jacket keeps product at a steady temperature from mixing through filling, which suits dips, sauces, spreads, and other products that need temperature control. The five heads fill at the same time, and the servo-driven pistons keep fill weights consistent from one container to the next.
